Editorial Policy
This policy applies to Robotutor's public guides, announcements, product explanations, and search-indexable pages. Last reviewed October 11, 2026.
Purpose and audience
Public content should help a learner, educator, parent, or evaluator understand a concrete learning problem or how Robotutor approaches it. We do not publish pages merely to occupy a keyword, repeat material available elsewhere, or create the appearance of a larger publication. Every indexable page should have a distinct reason to exist and should remain useful without an account or purchase.
Drafting, checking, and AI assistance
AI tools may assist with outlining, drafting, comparison, source organization, and checking. AI output is not published solely because it is fluent. Before publication, a page's material claims are compared with its cited sources and the implemented product, worked examples are recalculated, links are tested, and limitations are stated; these checks may be automated or AI-assisted. A page claims human review only when a verified review record exists for that exact revision.
- Each guide should identify its publisher. Reviewer and review dates require a verified record for that exact revision; an unavailable record must not be presented as completed review.
- Product claims should be reproducible in the current service or clearly labeled as planned work.
- Research claims should link to primary research, official documentation, or reputable institutions.
- Examples should add original explanation rather than paraphrasing a source without added value.
- Limitations and contrary conditions should be shown where a reasonable reader could otherwise overgeneralize.
Sources and claims
Sources support specific claims; they do not automatically endorse Robotutor. We prefer primary studies, systematic reviews, standards bodies, government or university guidance, and official provider documentation. A dated link is not proof that a page is current, so review dates are changed only after the page and its evidence are actually checked.
Corrections and updates
Send a correction request to support@precision-learning.org. Include the page, disputed statement, and supporting evidence. Material corrections should update the page, its review date, and—when necessary—a public announcement or product claim. Minor typographical changes do not receive a false freshness date.
Commercial independence
Advertising, subscriptions, partnerships, or affiliate relationships do not purchase favorable coverage. Sponsored material must be identified as such. Robotutor does not currently publish paid rankings or disguised advertisements in its knowledgebase.
