AI Notice

Version 2026-09-01 · effective September 1, 2026

These beta policies were prepared from legal and regulatory research and have not been reviewed or approved by an attorney.

Robotutor is operated by Weller Precision Industries LLC. This notice explains where AI is used and how to interpret its output.

You are interacting with AI

Robotutor uses AI systems and external model providers to generate practice questions, explanations, grading, and feedback. These outputs are generated educational material, not statements from a human teacher or professional. The practice interface identifies the AI interaction before the first practice exchange and links back to this notice.

AI output may be incorrect

AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or misleading content, including confident-sounding errors. It may misread your answer, invent a source, apply an incorrect grading standard, or miss relevant context. Output is not guaranteed to receive human review. Verify important information against trusted sources and qualified people.

Information used by AI

To produce educational output, the service may send your prompt, practice answer, subject, relevant learning history, and selected document text to configured AI providers. Do not submit information that is unnecessary for the learning task. The Privacy Policy explains provider use, retention, and your choices.

Educational boundary

The service is educational. It is not a substitute for emergency services or individualized medical, legal, financial, licensing, or other professional judgment, and it does not provide accreditation or professional certification. Robotutor does not use AI output to make admissions, employment, lending, insurance, health-care, or other consequential eligibility decisions about you.
